Enter the recipient's information, including their mobile number or email address, and a note (optional). Select the tickets you would like to transfer, then tap "Transfer To". (Please note, if the "Transfer" button is grayed out, your tickets cannot be transferred.) 
Navigate to "My Events" and select the event. Once you're logged in, follow these instructions: We recommend that you transfer any necessary tickets before you enter the venue. If you have guests and multiple tickets on your phone, you can swipe to navigate between them or transfer the tickets to each member individually. Once your barcode is displayed, you can have your ticket scanned or add it to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay. Click "View Tickets" to access your tickets.

How to access through the Ticketmaster app: Other items that in the judgement of Tanger Center management pose a safety risk or diminish the enjoyment of an event by other patrons.You can access tickets by logging in to Ticketmaster through the Ticketmaster app or by visiting on your phone's browser. Items NOT allowed: Alcoholic or other Beverages Artificial Noise Makers Audio or Video Recording Devices Cameras (camera policies vary on an event by event basis) Bags (larger than 10"x8"x8") Backpacks Beach Balls Canes, Chains or Sticks of any length (non-medical use canes) Cans, Glass or Metal Containers Coolers (unless containing medical supplies) Diaper Bags (unless accompanied by a baby) Fireworks or any Explosive Folding Chairs Food and Beverage Helium Balloons Illegal Drugs Knives of any size Laser Pointers Masks Pets (except serviced animals for patrons with disabilities) Promotion items with commercial identification Tape Recorders Large golf or non-telescopic umbrellas Weapons of any description, including firearms (weapons with a carry permit are also prohibited) Signs, banners, flags or any other items that would either obstruct the view of a patron or serve as a dangerous projectile or security risk.
